SECURITY
Proto Labs, Ltd is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
We have installed encryption software conforming to the PCI DSS in a separate, secure network to safeguard all of the commerce related (i.e. credit card and billing address) information you send to us. We actively work to keep the information secure and have an outside agency that regularly audits our system. Regular maintenance of a vulnerability management program ensures we enforce strong access control measures. We monitor and test our networks and maintain an Information Security Policy. Restricted access to cardholder data is set at a strictly business need-to-know basis “and all information” is disposed of sufficiently upon authorisation from the acquiring bank.
